Vinyasa Flow Yoga for Beginner to Intermediate Students
Join us at the Capitol Hill Community Centre on Monday nights for a warm and inviting yoga class with Stefani Hoyt E-RYT500 from Mandorla Therapeutics. These yoga classes, taught in the vinyasa flow style blend creativity with a therapeutic mindfulness, leaving you with an accessible yoga experience. Stefani is a practicing yoga therapist and soon to be Orthopedic RMT with a lighthearted approach to yoga and life. Expect to see elements of Ayurveda, Thai Yoga Massage and laughter in some of her classes. As a yoga therapist, Stefani’s classes are tailored to her students, so pregnant students and those with injuries are welcome to attend. Maximum number of registered participants is 12.
Dates: Monday evenings starting on April 8 – May 13.
7pm-8pm Registered class is full. Drop in available, but you must register for drop in 24 hours in advance of class by emailing caphillinfo[at]gmail.com.
8:15pm – 9:15pm Currently registering students.
Cost for Registered Class: $60+GST ($63) for 6 classes ($10.50/class) To participate in this program, you must be a member of the Capitol Hill Community Association. You may purchase your membership when you submit registration for yoga. Memberships are $10/year. See here for more benefits of membership!
Drop In fee: $13/class. For drop-ins, please register 24 hours in advance of the class by emailing caphillinfo[at]gmail.com. Arrive 15 minutes prior to class and ensure that you bring in a completed Yoga Questionnaire so that Stefani may review your history and any issues prior to the start of class.
Please fill out the Yoga Registration Form, Yoga Questionnaire, and CHCA Membership form (if you already don’t have a CHCA membership). Notes: Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle and arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Dress in comfortable clothes that you can move in.
