Mondays, 7:30pm-8:30pm (doors open at 7:15) – Lounge: Spring Forest Qi Gong. Qigong is a practice of active and seated meditation used in Asia for over 4,000 years to heal the body, mind, and spirit. We begin each practice with a gentle warm up and slow movement (think Tai Chi only more simple), followed by a seated guided meditation and gentle cool down. Bring a Cushion, water bottle, and blanket. (Chairs and floor mats provided). Cost is $10 cash at the door. Drop-ins welcome.
